A lot of people undermine the importance of health. I use to be one of those people. My name is Chris and I am 19 years old. I hope that my experience will help and motivate people to make a some kind of change to better themselves.



Previous weight (2010)-303 lbs
Current weight-196 (was 192, but I gained a few lbs of muscles)
Goal weight- 200 lbs (I want to gain more muscle)

My total weight-loss so far is about 111 lbs of *fat*

I am also a novice poet who thinks he doesn't reek of eccentricity. Aside from posts that deal with health, I will also post random photos, images and other cool shenanigans. I like that word...shenanigans.

When The Grains Have Gone Away…

She laid in bed with a depressing dose of elegance
A pathetic smile stretched her lips to her ears
She opened her lips and a few words slipped past
“I don’t know much sand is left in the glass”

My eyes solidify to stone then smooth out to sponge
Crushed under the constant curses from my heart
A once tame flood now torments the raisin fleshed below
Syllables declare war on my tongue for I’ve lost control

She silences the flood with gentle sways of her fingertips
“Promise me you’ll sway from this road when time tells you so
Let’s not waste a grain more of what is left”
“How can a man allow his heart to play another note if the composer’s veins has ventured cold?” I said
