Previous weight (2010)-303 lbs
Current weight-196 (was 192, but I gained a few lbs of muscles)
Goal weight- 200 lbs (I want to gain more muscle)
My total weight-loss so far is about 111 lbs of *fat*
I am also a novice poet who thinks he doesn't reek of eccentricity. Aside from posts that deal with health, I will also post random photos, images and other cool shenanigans. I like that word...shenanigans.
Notice: I do not follow back if: you have an unreasonably low UGW, if your goal is to have thigh gaps and hip bones and so on, and if you ONLY post pictures of very skinny women.
It’s not exactly about eating less, rather its about burning more.
Some people are at a daily intake of 1200 calories, and burn maybe 300-500 calories a day trough exercise. You will lose weight as long as your net caloric intake is below your BMR. Some people resort to the extreme and lower their intake to around 1000 or less. Why eat less food when you can simply up the intensity of your workout? It’s only partially about what you cut back. So instead of cutting calories…just BURN more. Up your workout a bit. Add a few more mins on the treadmill. That’ll make the difference you are looking for. Lowering your intake too much can lead to overrating/binging.
