A lot of people undermine the importance of health. I use to be one of those people. My name is Chris and I am 19 years old. I hope that my experience will help and motivate people to make a some kind of change to better themselves.



Previous weight (2010)-303 lbs
Current weight-196 (was 192, but I gained a few lbs of muscles)
Goal weight- 200 lbs (I want to gain more muscle)

My total weight-loss so far is about 111 lbs of *fat*

I am also a novice poet who thinks he doesn't reek of eccentricity. Aside from posts that deal with health, I will also post random photos, images and other cool shenanigans. I like that word...shenanigans.

Notice: I do not follow back if: you have an unreasonably low UGW, if your goal is to have thigh gaps and hip bones and so on, and if you ONLY post pictures of very skinny women.

When happy: “what the hell is wrong with you today?!”

When sad: “Get over it. Stop being an attention whore.”

When angry: “Calm down. Shit ain’t that serious. You got anger issues.”

When heartbroken or depress: “Suck it up. Stop being emo. Don’t be such a pussy.”

When quiet: “Hey, why are you so quiet?”

Maybe because everytime we show emotion you kick us down. We are attacked for being human, for showing our feelings. This is why some people shut themselves out from society, why they hide behind walls, why they sit in the corner of the classroom quietly, why they stay locked up in their rooms. This is why some people seem so cold and emotionless, because we are basically told that it’s wrong to show some kind of emotion.
