My total weight-loss so far is about 111 lbs. i have gained some weight back; mostly muscles :)
I am also a novice poet who thinks he doesn't reek of eccentricity. Aside from posts that deal with health, I will also post random photos, images and other cool shenanigans. I like that word...shenanigans.
Notice: I do not follow back if: you have an unreasonably low UGW, if your goal is to have thigh gaps and hip bones and so on, and if you ONLY post pictures of very skinny women. This blog is for people who have or share healthy goals, physical health, and even emotional and mental health, not goals that are directly unrelated to health.
Also: if you have an issue with what I say, with my opinion then you can, in a mature manner, inbox me so we can discuss the issue and help me address what it is I said.

Look, if you can’t go paleo, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, etc with a certain ease then DON’T force yourself to! Don’t force a change onto your body! Your body may hate the change, you may hate the change, and you may feel like shit because you might be depriving yourself of certain foods/nutrients. Don’t change your eating habits/lifestyle just because you want to follow the next fad. Eat however the fuck is best for you and your body. Forget these stupid fads and labels and so on and just eat fuckin good; dem fruits, veggies, protein, nuts, and healthy carbs.

Don’t reject my advice. Take it. Accept it. Take what is useful and reject the rest. But I will be fuckin damned to Aries’ asshole if you ask me for advice and completely IGNORE what I am saying. I know what I’m saying. I am no professional, but everything I’ve followed has work for me and several others, and has yet to fail me as the years go by. When you see the sentence “So and so can help lower your risk of” or “So and so can help you lose weight”, or any variation of that sentence, it does not mean that it “WILL”. It simple means that studies show a possibility that (insert vitamin, mineral, food, or product here) it may reduce the risk of certain cancers, aid in weight loss, or assist with certain bodily functions. It does not mean that it WILL happen, it does not mean the possibilities are great, it just simply means the possibilities are there.
So any product or supplement that says “can help with ‘so and so’ ” doesn’t mean that it WILL help with “so and so”. It just means that it could be correlated with said effect.

before breakfast, before I brushed my teeth and drank water and the scale tipped at 214.8. Then I did some number 1 and 2 and weighed myself again and the scale tipped at 213.6. And finally, I had 2 cups of water and found myself at 215.2 lbs. What I’m trying to say is that the scale literally weighs everything in our body: poop, urine, and water. It doesn’t measure your abilities, but it does measure your poop. So which is more valuable?! Yeah, I thought so.
